Tim did an excellent job in selling my home. I had been renting it and it had been damaged, during the rental. I no longer live in Arkansas, and Tim helped me find a good contractor to fix my home so that I could list and sell it. It was in a neighborhood that had gone down hill after we had left, and Tim helped price the property correctly. He worked hard to get the house listed in a good environment. He also help us with getting some small items repaired that were discovered by the buyers inspector. He got me a decent price for my home. Thanks Tim

Timothy King helped us sell our vacant lot on Wye Mountain. The conventional wisdom (told us by another realtor) was that it would probably take 5-10 years to sell, based on its location and various other factors. Instead, from the time we listed it with Mr. King until we accepted the offer, it was about 3 months. I am convinced that Timothy's networking connections were extremely helpful. He is very polite, a true professional, and an all-around nice man. I highly recommend listing your property with him. You won't be disappointed.
